You’ll get a thoughtfully crafted daily itinerary packed with historical sites, local gems, and immersive experiences, all tailored to your interests. You’ll handle your own bookings, but you’ll never waste a minute wondering what to do next.

Bookings! I never book flights or hotels, but I will give suggestions and help you find the perfect fit. In the basic package, I won’t book restaurants, tours, trains/cars, etc. You will, however, receive a detailed, daily itinerary in this cool app that can be accessed while offline.

This is your first-class ticket through history! I’ll build your full itinerary and take care of reservations for tours, transportation, and meals — leaving you free to enjoy the journey. You’ll receive expert planning and seamless coordination, all tailored to how you love to travel.

I won’t be booking flights or hotels for you, but we’ll work together to find the perfect flight and hotel! I’ll provide necessary contact information and help as much as I can with the booking process.
I will be booking all reservations, which rocks! This includes tours, restaurants, classes, trains/cars, etc. I’ll send invoices for necessary payments of these bookings and get you the best price possible since I book everything super far in advance.

Every epic begins with a story — yours. You'll fill out a questionnaire (and/or book a call if you’d prefer!) where we uncover your travel dreams, must-sees, historical interests, and how much gelato is too much gelato (spoiler: there’s no such thing).

This is where the magic happens! I research, plan, and piece together your custom Italian itinerary with your style, pace, and interests in mind. From the ruins of Rome to the vineyards of Tuscany. Every day is mapped with care.
Your dossier, refined
You’ll receive a beautifully designed digital dossier with your full itinerary including bookings, tickets, dinner reservations, and much more. From there, we’ll revise it together as much as needed until every moment feels just right. Edits are unlimited and always included, because every legendary trip deserves a plan to match.
